Yoga Therapy

Counseling
In my one-to-one counseling sessions focused on teenage stress, I provide a safe and confidential space for teenagers to express their feelings, concerns, and challenges. Through these personalized sessions, I help them develop coping strategies, improve their emotional resilience, and navigate the complexities of adolescence with greater confidence and understanding.

Body Scanning
Body scanning is a mindfulness practice where individuals pay attention to parts of their body in sequence, observing any sensations, tensions, or emotions present. This practice can lead to self-awakening by fostering a deep sense of gratitude towards one’s body and its functions.
The purpose of my body scanning service is to tune in to your body and reconnect to your physical self and the sensations you’re feeling without judgment. My goal is to train your mind to be more open and aware of sensory experiences—and ultimately, more accepting.
Healing
Healing, particularly in the context of holistic and alternative medicine, approaches disease with a comprehensive view, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit rather than just treating symptoms.
Using energy healing techniques such as Reiki, acupuncture, and qigong, I focus on balancing your body’s energy fields and levels. I believe that by restoring energy balance, the body’s innate healing capabilities can be activated.

Chakras Healing with Singing Bowls
Tibetan singing bowls, or simply singing bowls, are great tools for meditation. I can use singing bowls to treat and realign chakras. Chakra balancing with singing bowls restores a harmonious flow of energy to the chakra system in a natural and calming way.
Chakras are potent energy centers that have the power to allow or prevent you from being your best self. I help my students meditate and keep these chakras balanced and unobstructed. Tibetan singing bowl is a perfect and natural way to correct misaligned chakras within the body.
